Clinical Hypnotherapy, Art of Forgiveness, Overcoming Speaking and Performance Blocks

As a practitioner for over 27 years I have studied many models of counseling and hypnotherapy. I have discovered that a variety of "tools" and therapeutic models work in different ways for my clients. I do not believe that one size fits all people. Together we will explore how being your true self will serve you better than all the shape-shifting you are trying to do to become acceptable. Fundamentally all people know what they need but are either reluctant or afraid of the unknown and stop themselves from making decisions that can add to the quality of their lives. Sometimes we just don't want to give up being resentful about old wounds. Together we can explore the ways to gently adjust your thinking and therefore, your "doing".

Forgiveness is for you and not for anyone else.

Forgiveness does not necessarily mean reconciliation with the person that upset you, or condoning of their action. What you are after is peace with your past and present.

Forgiveness is a state of mind that comes from realizing that the pain, rage and poor choices of others has nothing to do with who YOU are.

If you have committed an offense, get right with it. Own it and make amends. Understand that you are not perfect but you are attempting to perfect the act of doing and choosing better.

My life time experience both in front and behind the camera as performer and producer has given me a deep appreciation for the artist’s heart and soul. I find artists to be some of the most extraordinary people in the world. I have some good simple tools to help you move through and beyond the old fear tapes that run in your head. I can help with old wounds that have festered into loss of self -trust and confidence. If you are interested in untying the knots in your fear and anxiety contact me to set up a time where we can explore your journey through the ‘valley of the shadow of stage fright’.
